Chronic Pain Symptoms

Chronic pain is the result of pain signals in the nervous system remain active for long periods of time (weeks, months, and even years). Unfortunately, the source of your chronic pain could be traced back to a variety of medical conditions such as a prior injury/trauma or even an infection. Common indications of chronic pain include persistent pain that does not subside, pain that can be described as electrical or shooting, and feelings of tightness or overall soreness.
